We are ideally located within two miles of Lancaster City centre but within the Forest of Bowland - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are close to Lancaster University and within easy reach of both junction 33 and 34 of the M6 motorway, also benefiting from being at the gateway to the picturesque Lune Valley.

Directions by road:

From Junction 33 of the M6 : on exiting the motorway take the turning sign posted 'LANCASTER'. Pass straight through the village of GALGATE. At the second set of traffic lights turn RIGHT, sign posted ALEXANDRA HOUSE / FOREST HILLS. Follow this road straight across a mini roundabout, back under the motorway, straight across two sets of crossroads. At the end of this road (Littlefell Lane) is a T-Junction with a wood / forest in front of you. Turn RIGHT and Knotts Farm is on the right, just down the lane.

From Junction 34 of the M6 : Follow the directions for CATON for roughly 3 miles. On entering the village take the first RIGHT, sign posted Quernmore road, 2.9 miles on this road. Knotts farm is on your LEFT after passing a phone box and exiting a wooded area.
